I grew up in a lower-income neighborhood and faced lots of challenges early on in my life.
Despite this, I always had a love for food and cooking, often helping my mother and grandmother in the kitchen.
I opened my first restaurant when I was 25 years old after working for about 10 years in a small restaurant near my home.
I am creative and confident, therefore I am quite bold with my flavors and I am not afraid to take risks, always experimenting with new ingredients and techniques. I feel really natural in the kitchen.
I enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and gaining inspiration for my dishes.
My values are hard work and determination, never giving up on my dreams.
